Veterans Stone of Hope Program, Nonprofit Veteran Project, In Partnership With: WDFL TV Channel 18.9

It’s our pleasure to share our new South Florida Veteran TV project with the public and to present The Veterans Stone of Hope Program, Inc. The Veterans Stone of Hope Program is a veteran outreach program serving veterans and their families experiencing PTSD. This Program is helping veterans reintegrate into society by providing family and individual counseling, GI Bill assistance, employment services, and housing support, while servicing veterans returning home from foreign wars in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, and now ‘The Global War on Terrorism.’

Today, the Stone of Hope Program continues to provide support to veterans and their families in need of
professional and wraparound services, offering ongoing support that includes job training, employability
skills development, subsidized employment & training, and housing, in line with the latest legislation to
benefit veterans. Please note that personal veteran stories are being featured on WDFL Veteran TV
(18.9) on an ongoing basis, highlighting their contributions to the community. Bill Frazier, Commander at
the VFW Post 8195, and Dr. Delvina Thomas, LT, a Colonel in the U.S. Army and President /CEO of
Brain Love, are our TV hosts.

Our veteran TV station, WDFL TV, provides a platform for veterans to tell their stories in weekly episodes.
Special guests will also be featured on the Veteran TV network, participating in select episodes, such as
Deepak Chopra, to address PTSD, showcasing proven techniques to deal with mental disorders,
including TBI. Please note that personal veteran stories are being featured on WDFL Veteran TV on an
ongoing basis, highlighting their contributions to the community. Bill Frazier, Commander at the VFW
Post 8195, and Dr. Delvina Thomas, LT, a Colonel in the U.S. Army and President /CEO of Brain Love,
are our regular TV hosts.

Our Program has taken the next step by introducing a new veterans’ transportation shuttle service.
WDFL Veteran TV Channel 18.9, in partnership with ABC, FOX Television Network, and Bobby Vet LLC,
Veterans Stone of Hope, is also partnering with the Simon Group Corportaion to provide a veteran
transportation service, putting veterans to work, transporting tourists, mall customers and providing
advertising for SawGrass Mills store owners, displaying their products and services on a marquee atop
the shuttles in a daily rotation. What a great way to show support for veterans and their contributions in
our community.

We are pleased to invite the public and our TV audience to participate in any of the several Simon Mall
locations. This Program partners with South Florida businesses in need of transportation services,
providing honest, dependable, and trained employees as drivers. In the past, we have appreciated the
opportunity to serve Sawgrass Mills and its customers, now known as the Simon Group. Bobby Vet LLC
and Veterans Stone of Hope Program, a nonprofit veteran program, are continuing to serve veterans and
their families in the tri-county area and are pleased to announce that we are ready to serve all of South
Florida’s veteran community through our Veteran TV Network, WDFL 18.9.

Channel 18.9 is part of the WDFL-LD TV station’s digital multiplex in Miami (virtual channel 18) and carries a TV service called VSH-TV (Veterans Stone of Hope) — it is not an audio-only FM or AM radio station.

  • 18.9 is the ninth TV subchannel of the local station WDFL-LD (virtual channel 18).

How to Access It

Since it’s a TV subchannel, you can watch it — not tune it like a radio station — by using:

📡 Over-the-air TV (antenna)

  1. Connect an HDTV antenna.
  2. Scan for channels on your TV or tuner.
  3. Look for channel 18.9 in your channel list (if reception is strong).

📺 On Cable or Streaming

  • If your cable or TV provider carries WDFL-LD’s digital subchannels, check your lineup for 18.9 (availability varies by provider).

📱 Online or Apps

  • Some TV stations stream their subchannels online — check the station’s official website (e.g., WDFL-LD or Paradise TV 18 sites) for online viewing options.
