He has expertise in identifying the problems area(s) and developing key objectives, strategy and tactics on a national/market-wide/trade area level: including budgeting, branding/creative, consumer/trade media (online and offline), sales projections, product mix analysis, promotion evaluations, competitive analysis and measurement.

Contract vehicles include GSA 8(a) STARS, GSA Schedule (Group 70), DAR BPA, and a variety of organization-specific Blanket Purchase Agreements. At which point, after it’s now former FL Sec of State formation and subsequent DBPR registration, Anthem Realty, LLC will be the central “spoke” in other Anthem projects, for which Kevin Hume will be the manager and spokesperson to HUD, VA, DoD, and multiple other governmental agencies, departments, and will operate within their respective guideline and rules necessary in the fulfillment of the rainbow of the Anthem projects and programs.
