About Me

Julius Jackson, sr.

Mr. Jackson has been President of People Helping Each Other, Inc. since May 2010, a nonprofit focused on community economic development; President of Social Investment Holdings, Inc. since October 2017, which supports minority-owned corporations affected by the 2008 financial crisis and the 2020 pandemic; and Executive Vice President of The Alliance of Blacks and Jews, Inc. since December 2019, working to combat anti-Semitism, foster unity through faith-based outreach, and invest in minority businesses. He has consistently led business development initiatives in his roles.

His activism began in 1964, marching alongside Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Saint Augustine, Florida. This spirit of advocacy inspired him to co-found Ryan Millennium Group, Inc. in 2014, aiming to foster racial harmony through economic development across North America and Africa. The group emerged from a merger of Millennium Group Worldwide, Inc. and Ryan Inc., aligning nonprofit and for-profit strategies. He later led the effort to qualify Social Investment Holdings, Inc. with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under Regulation A, enabling broader community investment access.

Mr. Jackson’s professional journey began with General Motors in 1968, followed by service with the Metro Dade Police Department and Miami-Dade County administration. After earning a degree in criminal justice administration from Florida International University, he joined a Washington D.C. consulting firm supporting drug prevention programs in several southern states. He went on to establish a consulting firm with offices across the U.S., U.K., and Africa, securing U.S. government contracts, including with the Department of Defense and National Institute on Drug Abuse.

He has developed subdivisions in Miami and Atlanta, served on the Miami-Dade County Housing Finance Authority, and led housing development and capacity-building workshops in South Africa. He was also invited by the Archbishop of Cape Town to support African-American and sub-Saharan collaboration—culminating in the “Winds of Change” initiative launched at the 2012 World Economic Forum. He introduced a solar water heater project to ease electricity demand in South Africa.
Currently, Mr. Jackson is spearheading a faith-based economic initiative to provide capital to underserved minority-owned businesses, with a focus on succession planning and global inclusion—particularly in America, sub-Saharan Africa, and Brazil. His leadership has extended to Millennium Group Worldwide, Inc., which filed an offering with the SEC in 2009, and he also managed a major diamond mine contract in Angola. In addition to leading People Helping Each Other, Inc., he has served on numerous boards including the Greater Miami and Miami-Dade Chambers of Commerce, Salvation Army, and others, and is an active member of Rotary International.
