Cutting the Red Tape with Federal Registration
- Be ready to upload Certificate of Incorporation
- Define your primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Codes)
- Obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and you will be assigned a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) once SAM registration has been approved
- Register with the System for Awards Management https://www.sam.gov
- Complete the Small Business Profile linked within SAM profile (DSBS: Dynamic Small Business Search)
- Be leery of 3rd party scammer emails requesting a fee to complete these services. You can complete these registrations yourself for free.
